[Talkabout 2008] Be sure to purchase a Talkabout for each family in your congregation. Designed to sit on each family's table, the Talkabout contains Scripture references, brief prayers, and engaging ideas and activities surrounding the quarter's theme. Ask your pastor to help introduce the Talkabout in worship, and encourage families to use it at home.

Gather 'Round

Gather 'Round: Hearing and Sharing God's Good News is a Bible-based Sunday school curriculum for all ages. Each age level studies the same Bible story at the same time.

Preschool children (ages 3 & 4, with tips for 2s) use My Bible Storybook, with story and activity pages for each session throughout the quarter. Includes helps and instructions for using the book at home with parents once the quarter has ended.

Primary children (Kindergarten, Grades 1 & 2) use Good News Reader, including a Bible story and two activity pages for each quarterly session. Designed to be taken home at the end of the quarter.

Middler children (grades 3, 4, & 5) use Grow, a colorful magazine with stories, articles, worship resources, and activities especially for preteens.

Multiage students use Together. Written for grades K-6 with tips for older students, it includes a broad mix of stories, worship resources, and activities for congregations where children of various ages are grouped together. Available year-round.

Junior Youth (grades 6-7-8) use Call, a student book featuring worship resources and weekly Bible sessions.

High School Youth leaders use Search, a quarterly guide available for download or on CD. Each quarter's materials include an introduction, 13 6-page Bible sessions, and 8 reproducible student pages. No additional student books are required.

Adults use Connect, a quarterly Bible study guide with 13 weekly Bible sessions on the same themes children and youth are following. Also included are ideas for discussing faith topics with young people, and brief daily devotions. Suitable for groups or individuals.

The Talkabout is a Gather 'Round resource that everyone uses together at home. Designed to sit on each family's table, the Talkabout contains Scripture references, brief prayers, and engaging ideas and activities surrounding the quarter's theme. Each quarter's Talkabout is different. Order one per household every quarter.
